Request data deletion

This page applies to Kids Games: Ages 2–4, developed by Pavlo and published under the name Paveleon.

How to submit a request

1. Email paveleon.support@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject Kids Games data deletion request.
3. Describe the device and the data or service your request concerns. Do not include a child’s personal information.

Data that can be deleted

The App does not create user accounts and Paveleon does not maintain personal gameplay profiles. Gameplay progress, settings, temporary rewarded access, and the local permanent-access flag are stored only on the device. You can delete this local data immediately by clearing the App’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling the App.

If diagnostic data associated with the App is available to Paveleon through Unity services, I will review a valid request and take the available steps to delete or anonymise it.

Data retained by platform providers

Google Play purchase records and information processed independently by Google or Unity are subject to those providers’ legal, fraud-prevention, security, and accounting retention requirements. Some records may therefore be retained where required by law or where Paveleon cannot directly delete them.

Timing

I will acknowledge requests as soon as reasonably possible and normally complete actions available to me within 30 days. I may request limited information needed to identify relevant diagnostic records, but will never request payment-card details or a child’s personal information.
