Privacy Policy
Effective November 4, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how DAYS LEFT: Zombie Text Quest (the “App”) handles information. The App is an interactive text quest about surviving a zombie apocalypse. It is created and operated by Pavlo, an independent developer publishing under the name Paveleon.
The App is in development. This policy describes the App as it is currently built. If advertising, in-app purchases, cloud saves or any other service that processes data is added before or after release, this policy will be updated before that version is published.
Information I collect
None. The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, location or other personal details. It contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no analytics of its own, and I do not operate a server that receives data from the App.
Information stored on the device
To let you continue the story, the App saves your progress locally on your device: the current chapter and scene, the choices you made, the items in your backpack, unlocked chapters, endings and achievements, and your settings—language, volume, text size and reduced motion. This information stays on your device and is not sent to me.
Permissions
The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location or files.
Third-party services
The App is built with Unity and will be distributed through Google Play. These providers may process limited technical and diagnostic information (such as device model, operating system version and crash reports) under their own policies:
Data retention and deletion
Saved progress and settings stay on your device until you reset progress in the App, clear the App’s storage in Android settings or uninstall the App. Clearing this data cannot be undone. Device backups may store or restore App data according to your device settings. Because I do not hold any of your data, there is nothing else for me to delete.
Age and content
The App contains zombie violence, character deaths and tense scenes. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone. The final age rating will be assigned through Google Play.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. The App is a work of fiction; any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pavlo / Paveleon is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages, losses or harm arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App—including loss of saved progress or data, device issues, or the content, conduct and data practices of third-party services such as Google and Unity. You use the App at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy if the App or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are published.
