Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nocturne — Card Club (Durak, Blackjack, Klondike and Checkers; the “App”) handles information. The App is created and operated by Pavlo, an independent developer publishing under the name Paveleon.

Game data

Your nickname or an automatically generated profile number, win/loss/draw statistics, language, sound and display settings, selected and unlocked card backs and tables, and the game counter used for advertising are stored on your device. These records provide game functionality and preserve your choices. Registration is not required. The App does not include Paveleon cloud synchronization, and the game code does not send your local profile to me. Do not include personal or sensitive information in your nickname.

Advertising and Google

The App uses Google AdMob, including interstitial and optional rewarded ads, and Google consent tools. The advertising SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Processing and recipients depend on your region, your choices and Google services. Google may process data outside your country in accordance with its policies. Local game records and advertising data are separate categories.

Your choices

Where available, open “Ad privacy” in the App settings to review or change your consent. Additional advertising controls may be available in your device settings. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily disable all advertising or all processing of technical data. See policies.google.com/privacy and myadcenter.google.com.

Storage and deletion

Local records remain stored until they are cleared or the App’s data is deleted. On Android, clear the App’s storage in system settings to reset the profile, settings and unlocked items; progress will be lost. Device backups may store or restore data according to your settings. Clearing the App does not delete Google records; Google’s retention and deletion rules apply to those records.

Age

The App is intended for adults. It is not directed to children and does not involve real-money gambling or prizes of any value.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Card games in the App are for entertainment only; results and statistics have no monetary value.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pavlo / Paveleon is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages, losses or harm arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App—including loss of progress or data, device issues, purchases, or the content, conduct and data practices of third-party services such as Google, AdMob and Unity. You use the App at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.

Information you send will be used to answer your request and retained only as needed. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

Changes

Updates to the App or its services may require changes to this policy. The date at the top will be updated when changes are published.
