Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kids Games: Ages 2–4 (the “App”) handles information. The App is created and operated by Pavlo, an independent developer publishing under the name Paveleon.

Information I collect

I do not ask children or other users to create an account, provide a name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or other personal details. I do not operate a server that stores personal profiles or gameplay records.

Information stored on the device

The App stores limited gameplay information locally on the device, such as progress, settings, temporary rewarded access, and whether permanent access has been unlocked. This information is used only to provide App features and is not sent to me.

Advertising

The free version offers optional rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The App configures ad requests for child-directed treatment and limits ads to a general-audience content rating. Google and its partners may automatically process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, secure, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising.

Users can choose not to watch rewarded ads. Purchasing permanent access removes the need to view ads and unlocks all games.

In-app purchases

The App offers a one-time purchase through Google Play to unlock all games and remove ads. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. I do not receive or store payment card details. Google may provide purchase status and transaction information needed to confirm and restore access.

Children’s privacy

The App is designed for young children and does not include social features, public profiles, free-form communication, or requests for personal information. A confirmation intended for a parent or guardian appears before the purchase flow. If you believe personal information has been provided through the support channel, contact me so I can review and delete it where applicable.

Third-party services

The App is built with Unity and uses services supplied by Google. These providers may process limited technical and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and improve their services. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies:

Data retention and deletion

Local gameplay data remains on the device until the App’s storage is cleared or the App is uninstalled. Purchase records are retained and managed by Google according to Google’s policies. Because I do not maintain user accounts or a personal-data database for the App, there is normally no account data for me to delete.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a child’s use of the device and the App, including screen time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pavlo / Paveleon is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages, losses or harm arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App—including loss of progress or data, device issues, purchases, or the content, conduct and data practices of third-party services such as Google, AdMob and Unity. You use the App at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.

Security

I use platform services and reasonable technical measures intended to protect the App and its purchase flow. No method of electronic processing is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy if the App, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are published.
