Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Stop Panic Attack (the “App”) handles information. The App offers guided techniques for getting through a panic attack—breathing, grounding, muscle relaxation and orienting—and two mini-games, 2048 and a reaction game. It is created and operated by Pavlo, an independent developer publishing under the name Paveleon.
Not medical advice. The App is a self-help tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace a doctor, psychologist or other qualified professional. If you are in danger, have chest pain or trouble breathing, or have thoughts of harming yourself, call your local emergency number immediately.
Information I collect
None. The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, health records or other personal details. It contains no advertising and no in-app purchases, and I do not operate a server that receives data from the App.
Information stored on the device
The App stores only a few settings and scores locally on your device: language, sound, vibration and dark-theme preferences, your best 2048 and reaction-game scores, and the current 2048 board so you can continue later. This information stays on your device and is not sent to me.
Country detection for emergency numbers
To show the right emergency number, the App reads the country code of your SIM card, mobile network or device region. This two-letter code is used only on the device and is not stored or transmitted. When you tap the emergency button, the App opens your phone’s dialer with the number filled in; the call is placed only if you confirm it, and it is handled by your phone and carrier.
Vibration
The App may use your device’s vibration for gentle haptic cues during exercises. You can turn this off in the App settings.
Third-party services
The App is built with Unity and distributed through Google Play. These providers may process limited technical and diagnostic information under their own policies:
Data retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device until you clear the App’s storage in Android settings or uninstall the App. Because I do not hold any of your data, there is nothing else for me to delete.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. The techniques in the App are general wellbeing exercises and may not suit everyone or every situation. Stop any exercise that makes you feel worse and seek professional help. Emergency numbers are shown for convenience and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong for your location; always verify the correct number where you are.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pavlo / Paveleon is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages, losses or harm arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App—including any health outcome, reliance on the exercises or the emergency numbers shown, loss of data, device issues, or the content, conduct and data practices of third-party services such as Google, AdMob and Unity. You use the App at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy if the App or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are published.
